The project
We designed and produced two trade show video projects for Universal Pack, with very different goals and formats.
The 60th anniversary video had to tell the company's story to booth visitors in just a few minutes, without becoming a documentary. We built an animated timeline running from the company's founding in 1965 to Italy's first sugar sachet machine with in-line printing in 1988, up to the most recent investments. Archive photos, technical drawings and aerial footage of the plant alternate with current footage of the machines and the key messages "Go Sustainable" and "Go Automated". The video runs for about four and a half minutes, at the exact resolution of the booth screen.
The airport campaign, by contrast, aimed to catch buyers and visitors as they arrived in the city. In ten seconds, with no sound and in vertical format, 3D animations show Universal Pack sachets, stick packs and cartons interacting with powders, liquids and tablets, closing with the tagline "Exactly what you need" and an invitation to the Interpack 2026 booth. We produced several colour variants to alternate the messages on screen.
