An accessible website, easy to find. Even in the age of AI.

An effective website must be usable by as many people as possible, work properly with different ways of browsing and offer clear content to search engines too.

With our audit we analyse the website from the perspective of digital accessibility, SEO and user experience, identifying technical, content and structural issues and setting intervention priorities.

Since 28 June 2025, the requirements introduced by the European Accessibility Act, transposed in Italy by Legislative Decree 82/2022, have applied to specific categories of digital products and services, including e-commerce services. The regulatory framework varies depending on the organisation and the service offered: that's why every assessment starts from an analysis of the specific case.

/01

Accessibility audit

We analyse the website's pages, content and main features against the WCAG guidelines, checking aspects such as contrast, content structure, alternative text, keyboard navigation and compatibility with assistive technologies. We then deliver a report with issues and intervention priorities.

/02

Website remediation and improvement

We fix the issues identified in the code, interface, navigation, images and content to make the website genuinely more accessible.

/03

SEO audit

We analyse structure, content, metadata, indexing and the main technical aspects that can limit the website's visibility on search engines.

/04

SEO optimisation

We work on structure and content to help Google and other search engines better understand the company, its products, services and expertise.

/05

Audit GEO: Generative Engine Optimization

We analyse the website's structure, content and digital authority to understand how easily the company's products, services and expertise can be interpreted by AI-based search engines and generative assistants. We identify the actions needed to make information clearer, better structured and usable in new search experiences.

/06

GEO optimisation

We work on information architecture, content, FAQs, structured data, entities and authority signals to help search and AI systems correctly understand who the company is, what it offers and where its expertise lies.

/07

External audit

A quick first assessment based on what is publicly visible, useful when you don't yet have access to the website's internal data or to analyse a competitor's site.

/08

Analytics and measurement

We check or set up analytics tools to understand how users reach the website, which content they view and which actions generate leads and business opportunities.

FAQ

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What is the difference between SEO and GEO?

SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) improves a website's position in search engine results such as Google. GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation) makes the website understandable and quotable by AI-powered assistants, such as ChatGPT, Perplexity or Google's AI answers, which respond directly to the user.

What is the European Accessibility Act?

It is the EU legislation that, since 28 June 2025, requires many digital services, including websites and e-commerce, to be usable by people with visual, motor, hearing or cognitive disabilities.

What are the WCAG?

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines are the international guidelines for web content accessibility: they specify, for example, minimum text contrast, the need for image descriptions and the ability to navigate without a mouse.

What is an external audit?

It is an analysis carried out without access to the website's internal data, such as analytics or servers, based only on what is publicly visible. It is useful as a quick first assessment.

Why analyse your website

Accessibility, usability and SEO are not separate activities: a well-structured website is easier to navigate, easier for users to understand and easier for search engines to interpret. For companies subject to regulatory obligations, the audit also helps identify non-compliance and plan the necessary actions, reducing the risk of problems and penalties under the applicable legislation.
