The project
We designed and built document web apps for the sales networks of PFM Group and GPI, two packaging machinery companies. Agents often work in front of the client and need to show the right machine for that product within seconds. The aim was to replace shared folders and email attachments with a fast tool designed for tablets and smartphones.
We created sections for videos, photo galleries, documentation and news, with featured content and updates always in view. Every item is classified by application sector and machine type, so agents can find the most relevant example for the client in front of them in seconds.
Internal search, favourites, user profiles and notifications complete both apps. The company updates content once and every agent receives it in real time. Many of the videos, photos and renderings in the apps were produced by us.
